Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and cut the tomatoes in halves. Toss the tomato halves in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the seasoned tomatoes to a lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. While tomatoes are roasting, toast the bread and mash the avocado. Once tomatoes are roasted, add the mashed avocado to the toasted bread. Top with pepper flakes and bagel seasoning. Serve and enjoy!
