Easy and healthy homemade strawberry popsicles made with fresh strawberries, lime juice, stevia sugar, and water. A perfect low-sugar, low-carb treat.

Wash and cut up strawberries. Add them to a food processor and blend until they reach a liquid form. Add lime juice and Stevia sugar to the strawberry puree. Depending on the desired consistency, add water. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 4-24 hours until solid. To remove from the freezer, run the molds under water for 2 minutes to loosen the ice. Serve and Enjoy!
