Pepper Pork Here’s what you need! 2 lbs boneless pork loin 1/3 cup corn starch 1 Tsp Red pepper flakes 1 Tsp Food Browning 2 Tbsp Olive oil 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp onion powder 1 Tbsp Complete season 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger 1 Green bell pepper slice 1 Red bell pepper slice 1 onion thinly sliced Pinch of salt and pepper Sauce 1 Tsp oyster sauce 1/4 Cup soy sauce 1 cup water 1 Tbsp Sweet Chili sauce 1/3 cup sugar INSTRUCTIONS * Thinly slice wash and clean pork, In a bowl combine the thin strips of pork season with all ingredients listed above let marinate 4-24 hours. Slice onion and bell peppers set aside in a bowl, add corn starch to pork mix well. * In a small mixing bowl add sugar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, chili sauce and mix well * Heat your wok or skillet over high heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil, then add the pork to wok, Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until the pork is lightly browned around the edges. Remove the pork from wok and set aside. * Over medium-high heat, add another tablespoon of oil, along with the peppers, and onion stir fry for 1 minute or until frangant, but control the heat to avoid burning. Add pork mix together then add sauce mixture stir for 2-3 Minutes. Let marinate for 4-24 hours. Slice onion and bell peppers and set aside in a bowl. Add corn starch to the marinated pork and mix well. In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, and chili sauce, and mix well to create the sauce. Heat your wok or skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then add the pork to the wok. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until the pork is lightly browned around the edges. Remove the pork from the wok and set aside. Over medium-high heat, add another tablespoon of olive oil, along with the sliced peppers and onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until fragrant, controlling the heat to avoid burning.
