What you need

tbsp unsalted butter
tbsp lime

cup cilantro

cup vegetable broth

cup jasmine rice
Instructions
First, rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, butter, and water or broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the rice simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it sit, and cover, for 5 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork and then add in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and additional butter if desired.
